Complete supply and design work – electrical installations, plumbing/sanitary installations, ventilation, cooling.
Paved surfaces
Construction of paved surfaces – paving blocks or asphalt surfaces for industrial premises and access roads.
Occupancy approval
Securing approval of the building and construction documentation from the relevant authorities. Complete handover of the construction work.
About us
We are a Czech company based in České Budějovice. Using our own Komatsu, WackerNeuson and Menzi Muck machines, we carry out small earthworks (site grading, foundation construction, sewerage) in České Budějovice and the South Bohemian Region, but we also build larger turnkey projects – production and storage halls or office complexes.
We carry out construction of industrial buildings from preparing the design, surveying and earthworks, through the construction itself and cladding, all the way to occupancy approval and handover.
